In order to evaluate personnel in a objective manner we propose working on two fronts:
Evaluation on Potential and Evaluating Effectiveness.
In the first instance I will analyse the potential it offers my organisation in comparison to the excellent values I wish to achieve, whilst in the second, we will stop to analyse its effectiveness on a day to day basis and on getting the work done.
