Elaborating Reports
Last part of the process which implies analysing all the information collected in the previous stages to obtain a complete psico-professional description of the candidate in question, an individual report is then elaborated for each candidate.

At the end of the process the consultant reflects the results obtained from the meticulous decription he or she has elaborated and presents the client with a report on each candidate, taking the opportunity to compare and contrast C.V.’s and abilities of finalists.
