Passing tests
Eurogrup uses as complementary tools to the process, standard tests and/or questionnaires adapted to the requirements of each profile ( personality tests, aptitude tests, attitudes, skills and intelligence tests) as indeed those explicitly requested by our client.
In-depth Interview
In depth interview focussing on candidates’ actitudinal traits. As far as Eurogrup is concerned this is the stage with the greatest added value in the selection process.
