First Interview

Filtering directed at a first curricular analysis which will enable us to reject those candidates who for several reasons do not correspond to the profile.

Passing tests

Eurogrup uses as complementary tools to the process, standard tests and/or questionnaires adapted to the requirements of each profile ( personality tests, aptitude tests, attitudes, skills and intelligence tests) as indeed those explicitly requested by our client.

In-depth Interview

In depth interview focussing on candidates’ actitudinal traits. As far as Eurogrup is concerned this is the stage with the greatest added value in the selection process.
